120 volt track style door closer for mounting on hinge side of door with physique on door and track on header or on push side with physique on door and track mounted to the door stop. UL listed for smoke barrier or fire labeled doors. cUL listed for self-closing doors with no hold open. Tested and certified beneath ANSI Regular A156.15. Conforms to life safety code NFPA 101. The LCN Sentronic 4040SE is a heavy duty non-sized door closer/holder designed to provide single point hold open for fire and smoke barrier doors. The door is held open until current interruption releases the holding mechanism which enables the door to close. Created for use on interior doors only. Includes closer physique, double egress arm, 120V AC/DC SE track, standard cover, screw pack and installation directions. Hold open force is adjustable and the closer can be adjusted to operate interior doors up to four feet wide. A momentary on/off switch for testing the door release also supplies over-voltage protection and is field replaceable. This unit operates as a complete rack and pinion closer when hold open is not engaged or when the current is interrupted. Concealed or surface mounted wiring. Appropriate handed.
